The CJEU Factor: (Court of Justice of the European Union).

 A significant 2025 ruling (G.L. v AB SpA)  now requires employers to provide reasonable accommodation not just for the disabled employee, but also for employees who are caregivers of children with disabilities. 

This is in addition to the rights employees already have under the Worklife Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023.
